Chromium zirconium copper crystallizing wheel fabricated by new special manufacturing process, its service life is 50% longer than centrifugal casting, electrical conductivity of 80% IACS, softening temperature of 500 ℃, fatigue strength of 265σ0.2N / MM2, tensile strength of 390σ0.2N / MM2, elongation of 25%, hardness of HB 100-125. It has simple structure, by optimizing its performance and service life it is possible to significantly improve the overall efficiency and to ensure the safe operation of the mill.

Application

1. In the process of casting and cutting, it will produce some internal stress. When using the new crystalline wheel, due to the presence of these stresses, it will be easy to deform. And it will be better that store more than 3 months before using to decrease the internal stress;
2. Due to the high concentricity and concentricity requirements of crystallizing wheel, it should pay attention to the level of light to avoid deformation;
3. Due to high content of Cu and soft texture, after loaded caster wheel to use plastic trimmed until smooth indentation on its surface grooves.
