Beryllium Copper Stamping Part
Introduction
Beryllium copper stamping part is fabricated by beryllium copper plate stamped by presses and molds, which has been widely used in automobile, radiator parts, motors, containers, machinery manufacturing, instruments and other mechanical fields.
Characteristics
1) The moderate weight, good stiffness, and the structure and punching strength can be remarkably improved after plastic deformation; 2) It has high dimensional accuracy, consistency and can meet the general assembly and using requirements without machining; 3) In the stamping process, the surface will not be damaged, so it has high quality of surface, which provides better basis for the subsequent condition of the surface of the painting, plating, phosphate and other surface treatments.
Problems
1) Bonding, scratches: since the material and the punch or die friction appears in the workpiece or the mold surface; 2) Burr: Mainly in the shear modulus and blanking die, or large gap between the edge will produce burrs; 3) Line offset: forming parts, the first contact with the mold parts are pressed and forming a line; 4) Bump: coil line mixed with impurities (iron, rubber, dust); 5) Tortuous: uneven due to stress, poor drawbead match or the ram caused by poor control of parts r-corner regions embossed portion being bent or strain; 6) Wrinkles: Due to bad slider to adjust the press, the press accuracy is low, air pressure adjustment inappropriate, big punch or other causes edge portion r r-site or wrinkles.
