Tungsten Copper W60 Rod
Introduction
Tungsten copper W60 rod is composed of 60% W and 40% Cu, which not only has high density (12.75g/cm3), high hardness (≥HB140), high strength, but also has good conductivity (%47IACS), softening temperature is ≥900℃.
Characteristic
Tungsten copper W60 rod has many advantages, such as excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, uniform texture, high density, high-temperature resistance and arc erosion resistance, which can be widely used in high-temperature materials, high-voltage switch with electrical alloy, EDM electrodes, and microelectronic materials.
Application
Tungsten copper W60 rod used as the electrode of high voltage discharge, the temperature of contact material will increase to thousands degrees Celsius in a very short time, which provides the essentials for discharge tube working steady.
